TREASURE OF LIFE ALL AGES RETREAT
Wednesday July 24 - Sunday July 28
MorningSun Mindfulness Center, Alstead, NH
Usually in our daily lives we so become busy, stressed, and overwhelmed with work, relationships, and all we think we need to do in order to survive that we miss the miracle and the challenge of true presence. So let us come together to renew and strengthen our capacity to draw nourishment from wonder and beauty. Let us choose to grow our stability and freedom, and take time to nourish and protect the relationships that are truly meaningful and important to our happiness, our joy, and our peace.
A separate children’s program will be available for families with children 5 and older during most of the adult program time. If children younger than 5 are able to flow along with the program in a way that doesn’t disperse the program focus then they can join the program with the supervision of one of their parents or caregivers.
More info and registration HERE. Space is limited.

Friday July 26 4:00pm - Sunday July 28 2:00pm
Still Waters Retreat Center, Voluntown, CT
Together we will explore ways in which to support each other in being fully aware to all that is in the present, with all its textures and circumstances. Led by Dharma Teachers Tom Duva and Michael Geres, founders of the Pojama Sangha in Manchester, CT. Space is limited.

FIND YOURSELF, LOSE YOURSELF, BECOME NON-SELF
Exploring the Four Establishments of Mindfulness, a Retreat with Thay Doji
Thursday October 3 - Sunday October 6
Green Acre Bahai Center, Eliot, Maine
In this intimate retreat Thay Doji will offer practical exercises to discover within us the source and power of stillness, lightness, inquiry and insight. Through these practices we explore ourselves, find solid ground and trust in ourselves. Then we can let go of our definitions of ourselves, our habitual patterns and our addictive attitudes. Through this lost and found game, we arrive at a clearer understanding of "non-self. These teachings are rooted in Thay Doji's experiences as a Zen monk for the past 35 years and the Satipatthana (the Sutra on the Four Establishments of Mindfulness)
